Antoine is passionate about helping people live a healthy lifestyle and recover from their injuries. Originally from Canada, ice hockey and soccer were his main sports growing up. Hockey introduced him to exercise and conditioning and many physiotherapy sessions, and ultimately to becoming a physio.

After graduating from McGill University in Montreal with a Bachelor of Science (Physiology / Kinesiology), Antoine was a personal trainer for several years in Brisbane. He then graduated from the University of Queensland with a Masters of Physiotherapy. His experiences vary, including private practice, Pilates, occupational health to sports trainer for hockey teams and the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. He recently returned to Brisbane after a few years in Leeds, UK.

When arriving in Brisbane, Antoine embraced the cycling and coffee culture. He’s also continued training in the gym since stopping hockey. He started CrossFit in the UK, which he is still doing in Brisbane. Otherwise, he loves spending time with his family and especially taking his little boy to fun activities like baby swimming or gymnastics.

Antoine is eager to share what he’s learned over the years and hopefully it can help you be the healthiest you can be!

Peter learned to appreciate the power the human body has to recover, its ability to come back stronger following his own sporting injuries. This firsthand experience set him on a path to help empower others to gain control of their health problems and injuries in order to do the things they love and lead a fulfilling life.

Peter graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Masters of Physiotherapy which he started following his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Wollongong. During this time he had the pleasure to work with a variety of Aussie Rules, Rugby Union and Soccer teams in and around Sydney.

Peter’s strong passion for cycling has seen him previously work within the fitness industry providing workouts and training plans for road cyclists across a range of abilities. His passion for cycling has crossed over to physiotherapy and he has a keen interest in treating and setting up cyclists and their bikes to get the best out of their riding.

If Peter is not riding during his time off, he’ll likely be spending time with his family and friends exploring Brisbane and its coast lines after relocating from Sydney in 2019.
